No, this is not a diet. There are no meal plans and nothing to count, track, weigh or measure (including yourself!). Weight Loss Your Way is a program to help you uncover the root causees of overeating and weight gain so that you can make lasting changes to how you think, eat, and take care of your body in a way that works for your life.
The goal of Weight Loss Your Way is to make the process work for your life. There are short, weekly video lessons (5-8 minutes) with easily actionable steps. You will be implementing things one at time, in bite size pieces as you go about your daily life. Think about how much time you will get back when you’re not thinking about food all of time!
I don't believe anyone is too old to make changes that help them feel better, physically and emotionally. Weight loss is possible at any age, and in your coaching sessions, we can address you're unique challenges.
Absolutely not! You pay one price and have access to all parts of the program for 12 weeks. You'll also be able to download the weekly lessons so you can refer back to them beyond the 12 weeks you're in the program.
Yes! On-demand support is built into the program. Using a free app on your phone (Voxer), you can leave a voice or text message and I'll respond within a few hours. You'll never be left to figure it out on your own!
